Do you take Private health fund rebates?
YES, we have HICAPS machine, please bring your private health insurance card.
How much for the prices?
You will see the prices when booking online. Please note that a surcharge will be applied to all card payments.
Do you have any availability today?
It's easy, just go online booking, and try to book one session.
1st step: select item, and book now;
2nd step: select "No preference" which maximizes the availability for a massage session.
3rd step: you will see the timetable.
Do you sell gift cards?
YES, You could buy Gift Cards online.
How can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
1. You could find the link button for rescheduling or cancelling in the booking confirmation email. the premise is a spelling correct email address was provided
2. You could log in to Fresha (our booking system) to reschedule or cancel. Your Fresha account may have been created using your Google, Facebook or email when you made your first appointment. If you have forgotten which method your Fresha account was created with, please don't try to create another one, and call us.
3. You need to call us to reschedule or cancel If you booked via phone call.
4. Call us if in 3hours ahead of your appointment.

Online booking:

If there are no available time slots for 1-hour or longer periods of massage, please consider a shorter period instead.

To maximize the availability for a massage session, do not choose a therapist, but choose and click "No preference". The system will allocate the most available therapist for you, it may be a male or female therapist.

Please when you book, ensure that your email address and phone number are accurate is essential, as they will be used to provide you with important booking and purchase confirmation or information.
Especially when purchasing gift cards, an incorrect email address could result in the gift card being delivered to a different recipient. In such cases, we may not be able to take responsibility if the gift card is used by someone else. -
Please remember the account you sign in with the booking system (Fresha), use the same one each time you book online. This is to minimize duplication of records.
Phone call or walk-in:
Prior appointments accepted for last booking for 6pm, otherwise last booking will be at 5pm without booking.
Cancellation policy:
Cancel for free up to 3 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation in 3 hours or 30% for not showing up.
Private health fund rebate:If you have remedial massage extras covered with your private health insurance, you may be able to claim back the full or partial cost of Massage Therapy. At the point of checkout, please inform at receptionist whether you wish to claim a rebate on your private health fund or not. can not claim after checkout.Please note that health fund rebates vary with each provider and practitioners, can not guarantee or take responsibility if a provider refuses a rebate. Vouchers, Gift Cards and membership paid plan doesn't support health fund rebates.
Treatment:
Please be aware your treatment time includes time for assessment of your condition and needs, as well as time to change clothes. Please try to be early or on time, to be considered to other clients and therapists following your massage session.
Massage therapists are not qualified to diagnose or treat illness or disease. massage does not take the place of medical treatment where needed. If you are in doubt, please consult your doctor first.
Clients’ behaviour:
Please note, massage sessions may be cancelled at the discretion of our therapists should your behaviour or action be unwelcomed. Please do not consume alcohol or illicit drugs prior to your appointment, as we will exercise our rights to cancel your appointment.
